4. Intellectual Property

The content of the application, the general structure, as well as the software, texts, animated or non-animated images, photographs, know-how, and all other elements composing the application are the exclusive property of Hometrix Health.

The follow-up questionnaire section may have shared intellectual property with the association that designed a clinical validation study.

Any total or partial representation of the application by any person without the express authorization of Hometrix Health is prohibited and would constitute infringement punishable by the articles of the Intellectual Property Code.

 

The same applies to databases, if any, on the application, which are protected by the articles of the Intellectual Property Code.

 

The trademarks owned by Hometrix Health, as well as the domain names, designations, and logos appearing on the application, are protected by the Intellectual Property Code. Any total or partial reproduction of these elements without the express authorization of Hometrix Health is therefore prohibited, as per the Intellectual Property Code.
